Operations & Inventory Intern (ERP Focus)

Aerial IQ is looking for an Operations & Inventory Intern to support day-to-day data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation using Odoo ERP. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with structured work, and interested in learning how operations run inside a growing drone and defence-tech company.
The intern will also assist with basic marketing and administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in Odoo ERP
- Track inventory, stock movement, and basic asset records
- Support purchase, inventory, and operations documentation
- Organize internal files, reports, and trackers
- Assist the marketing team with data collection, coordination, and basic support work
- Help teams with routine operational and administrative tasks
Must Have
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn Odoo ERP (prior exposure is a plus, not mandatory)
- Good attention to detail and structured working style
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks responsibly
- Interest in startups, operations, or technology-driven companies
